Municipal Representation
Since its incorporation in 1996, AECI has been active in serving local governments. Services include:
- Planning Board technical review
- Planning and Zoning
- Environmental and technical services related to water resources, wastewater, and stormwater.
Village of Goshen Wastewater Treatment Plant
AECI served as the lead consultant for this $26.5 million dollar project, coordinating the design engineers, Clough Harbor and Associates, peer review by Bipin Gandhi, PE, permitting and environmental compliance. Initial site exploration revealed a buried landfill, which was remediated “on the fly” in order to meet the overall project deadline. See the project from start to finish.
Harness Estates
Working on the municipal side, AECI provided Planning Board review services, and coordinated water and sewer integration review by contract professional engineers, and site inspection services for this ongoing 165-lot subdivision.
